Where does Jumeaux ship?

We ship in the United States and Internationally.

Adjustments to international shipping may be necessary after checkout, due to varying rates.

We will contact you directly if a significant price adjustment for shipping needs to be made.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the shipping cost exceeds the designated fee.

How long does an order take to ship?

Most orders process in two to four business days, then the carrier delivers.

Can I change or cancel an order?

What is the return window?

A full refund within 10 business days of delivery if the piece is unworn, with tags.

Days 11 through 14 are store credit only.

How do I start a return?

Email hello@jumeauxthebrand.com with the order number, the item, and the reason.

You get a reply in one to two business days.

Which items cannot be returned?

Sale items, gift cards, final-sale pieces, and anything custom, made to order, or altered.

Do you exchange sizes?

Yes, within 14 days, if that size is in stock. If it is not, the return becomes store credit.
